The five commandments
for human events
1
Focus on connection, belonging, and safety. Design for diversity across generations and preferences. Something for everyone.
Put people & community first
2
Respect attention, rhythm & rest
Attention and time are scarce. Create energy, not just an agenda.
3
Let purpose & authenticity lead
Choose less but better: meaningful impact within budget, with care for people and planet.
4
Protect impact within boundaries
Start with intention and DNA. Technology supports, it never leads.
5
Think in journeys, not moments
Spread the momentum: before – during – after. Activate, connect, and anchor.
Roadmap for the future
RE:HUMAN
Events are under pressure. Not because of trends, but because of relevance. Technology is expanding the playing field, but creating meaning requires more than technology alone. New generations are looking for connection and responsibility rather than spectacle.
The real question is how we can create human impact again. Rather than waiting to see what happens, we prefer to take action. That is why we launched the first RE Congress, built around one central question: What is the future of events?
On Wednesday, 27 May 2026, in collaboration with Arena Group, we organized a day dedicated to this debate. We brought together thinkers and doers in a sharp and diverse format. The outcome? You can read all about it here.
